Electronic Conveyancing,

saving you time, money and effort

Electronic Conveyancing (EC) is a world first online settlement and lodgement system developed by the Victorian Government in collaboration with the conveyancing industry.

EC is used by conveyancers, solicitors and financial institutions on behalf of their clients to conduct electronic financial property settlement and/or the electronic lodgement and registration of conveyancing transactions and electronic payment of duty and land tax.

Fee Changes

In accordance with the Monetary Units Act 2004, Electronic Conveyancing lodgement fees will be changing on 1 July 2013 in line with general lodgement fee changes throughout Land Victoria. Electronic Conveyancing fees still provide a significant saving over paper based lodgement fees. For details about these changes please see the relevant fact sheet.
