ECV data standards

The Electronic Conveyancing Victoria (ECV) Industry Data Standard describes the proposed data exchanges between externally developed conveyancing applications and the ECV system, and as such provides important information to industry participants. This data standard is based on the existing ECV system.

The ECV Industry Data Standard is of particular interest to a public audience since it describes the Victorian standard for an Application-to-Application (A2A) interface for electronic conveyancing.

Terms of Use The Electronic Conveyancing Victoria (ECV) Industry Data Standards Information Pack ("Pack") contains the Data Standards used by the ECV system to enable Application to Application (A2A) interfaces with the ECV system. The Pack was developed by Land Victoria to provide ECV Subscribers with the open data standards required to interface with the ECV system. You may download and re-use any versions of the Pack. Please note that by downloading the Pack, you agree to having read and accepted the following terms of use: 1. The Pack contains content created by the Department of Sustainability and Environment. 2. The State of Victoria is not responsible in any way for the use that you may make of the Pack. Your use of the Pack is on an "as is" basis and at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the State of Victoria excludes all warranties, conditions and representations of any kind relating to the supply of the Pack. 3. The State of Victoria gives no warranty that the Pack or any of its contents will meet your requirements. The Pack is provided on the basis that the State of Victoria is not liable to you for any losses or damages arising out of your use of the Pack or any of its contents including without limit third party claims, loss of profit, opportunity, savings or goodwill or any indirect, consequential or special losses. 4.
