Client Representation and Identification

The documents below are required to be provided to clients by EC Subscribers prior to that client entering into a Representation Agreement with the Subscriber.

 

As a Subscriber to the Electronic Conveyancing system, you are required to enter into a Representation Agreement and identify any client you wish to represent in EC.  Section 3 of the Registrar's Requirements contains details on identification requirements, exceptions, Representation Agreements etc.  The Registrar's Requirements also provides Representation Agreements and Verification of Identity documents which you can use to verify and represent your clients. 

The Representation Agreements and Verification of Identity documents are NOT REQUIRED when:
